ORDERING:

How do I place an order?

After finding that perfect light or accessory simply click “Add to cart”. You may continue shopping or click ”Checkout now” to complete your shopping. Once you are checking out, enter your address. Please note we cannot ship to a PO BOX. For a copy of your order, you may print your order prior to making payment. We will send an email of confirmation. For your protection we will verify your credit card information.

Why do I need my email address?

Most items ship directly from the manufacturer.  
We are a computer based company email is the only way you will receive a receipt for your order. If you don’t receive a copy, check your spam folder. In addition some vendors will email you tracking information. Your email will never be sold or used for anything outside of business for LightsLampsNMore?

What methods of payments does LampLightsNMore accept?

Visa, Mastercard, AmExp, Discover, Paypal. Backorder items will be debited to your credit card at the time the item is shipped. We also, accept cashier’s checks and money orders made payable to our parent company Matthies Design Build Inc. We do not accept personal checks.

Will I be charged sales tax?

LightsLampsNMore is required by law to charge sales tax when shipping to an order anywhere in Illinois and Delaware.

Can I place an order without using the internet?

Yes. You can print out your order and fax to 800-764-8609. Or mail other with your cashers check or money order. We do not accept personal checks. You may call the toll free number at 800-764-8609, have your credit card and item’s style number available prior to calling.

What if an item is on backorder?

We do our best to notify the customers via email regarding manufacturers’ backorders. Payments on your credit card will not be applied until the item is shipped. If you have questions or wish to cancel item please email us at Lightslampsnmore.com or call 800-764-8609.

Do you offer guarantees?

Yes we do. All products have a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Other guarantees are specific to the product.

Do you offer price matching?

LightsLampsNMore does their best to match our competitor’s price. Some 3^rd party buyers price their stock under the manufacturers stated policy. Keep in mind that the manufacturer will not honor warranties for products of this type. Please email or call us to discuss what can be done.

Is my account and credit card information secure?
