How do you ship?

Most items are shipped by UPS or FED EX. Extra large items are required to ship via truck. Truck items may require extra shipping charges.

How much will shipping be?

Orders over $150 will receive free ground shipping, except where expedited shipping is requested. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require extra postage fees. Shipping charges may be calculated at time of check out.

When will I receive the product?

In stock items will usually ship the same day. Most orders will arrive in 7-10 days after shipping.

Will you ship to a different address for me?

Yes, we will ship to USA addresses that are different than the billing address. The billing address must match the credit card information

I need to return one item from my order. Will you send a free replacement?

We can only process a replacement if a new purchase order is issued. Therefore a temporary charge will be made to your credit card until the returned order is received by the warehouse. Your account will credit your card as soon as the warehouse receives returned merchandise.

Do you pay for shipping on return items?

Return shipping will be paid for on items that are damaged, defective or due to our error. For customer remorse item returns, the customer is responsible for shipping items back to the warehouse.
